Tanya meets up with Peter Tay to dissuade him from selling TCH. However, Peter counteracts by threatening to sue her daughter Joy. At SMW, Joel and Meera's attempts to reach Bhawani were unsuccessful and decide to meet Jasveen, Bhawani's employer. Meanwhile, Lathika confronts Murugan about his treatment towards Bhawani. After meeting Jasveen, Joel suspects that there is more to Bhawani's abuse.
